Over 100 years ago, CT Corporation's first office opened in Jersey City, NJ, with 44 employees. It has built industry leading online tools and services for the legal market ever since. Today, CT is based in New York City and has more than 1,500 employees in 43 cities nationwide.

In 2009, CT Corporation introduced CTProComply as an online corporate compliance service that provides centralized control over regulatory calendars, deadlines and filings.
